Ingredients For Rajgira Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pot,Heat milk on a medium flame.When it boils add sugar & mix well.
  • 2. Heat a pan & add .When it is hot ;add rajgira Aata & saute for 5 mins.It will release a kitty aroma & turn brown colour.
  • 3. Slowly start adding milk to the atta.Keep stirring on a medium flame.
  • 4. When the milk has been absorbed & the halwa started to leave the sides of the pan then add cardamom powder,Raisins,almonds.
  • 5. Mix well.Switch off the flame & serve hot
  • 6. Garnish it with poppy seeds(Khud khus).
