Ingredients For Sugar Free Apple Rabdi

Methods
  • 1. Boil the full cream milk and soak saffron in 1 tsp milk.
  • 2. Reduce it upto half.
  • 3. Add saffron milk and mix.
  • 4. Now takeout in a bowl and cool fot 30 minutes in fridge.
  • 5. After 30 minutes add peeled and grated apple in rabdi.
  • 6. Pour in serving bowls and garnish with saffron, chopped almonds and pistachios, and tooti frooti.
  • 7. Ready to serve.
