It contains unsaturated fatty acids, omega 3 and omega 6 fats. These and basically good for our body. It helps us to lower the risk of heart diseases and cholesterol . It has nice smell which helps to cover the raw smells of nenveg items.

It is completely fragrance less. So it doesn't effect on food. I am using it for last 2 years, and never faced any health issue for using this oil. It is very lite and requires small amount for cooking.

This is the best basmati rice I have ever cooked. The grains are long and with beautiful aroma. For best result, soak it for sometimes, you will get long rice after cooking.
