I brought this pack of tea this winter. It has a very soothing and relaxing effect both as a black tea or milk tea. The aroma of the tea has a recharging effect. Post a hectic day at work having a cup of this tea is definitely a great idea. However since it has a lot of mixed herbs and spices like ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, black pepper and nutmeg I would prefer to restrict this tea for winter season with 2 servings in a day. As having too much of spices and tea may cause gastric problems.

Best of all is that it is very easy to make. Just a half of think liquid to a glass and add water along with ice cubes. One can add salt and sugar as per preference and you are good to go. Literally a 5 minute drink.
