This paneer variety has a very uniform and smooth surface. It is stuffed with nutrients like calcium, protein, phosphorus and energy. I love the slight tangy flavor of this namkeen. But since it is a not-so-healthy snack I prefer to limit the intake of this namkeen both in terms of quantity and frequency of consumption. Since it is has salt and spices on the higher side eating too much of it especially by old age people and kids should be avoided.

The pack of this product states "no sucrose" but it has high fructose corn syrup. Also the brand does not share details on the quantity of glucose, fructose and dextrose. Also the name of natural flavouring identical substances is not mentioned. But on the good part it has added nutrients like folic acid, protein, calcium, zinc, magnesium and iron. Thus an ideal consumption of this powder would be with milk once a day.

This paneer variety from Govardhan is very soft and tasty. The difference between this paneer and normal paneer is the fat content. The fat content is on the higher side in this paneer variety which is an excellent choice for kids but it should be avoided for people with bowel problems like diarrhoea or gastric trouble.
