Being a nutrition student, I personally feel that these seeds are nutritionally very superior. The quality is very good, fresh and apt for consumption both in raw and cooked forms. Being excellent sources of omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants, a handful of these pumpkin seeds make up for the nutrient requirements of the day for these nutrients
