Bagrry’s chia seeds are one of the best that i have tried. I find them super healthy with amazing shelf life. I add them to smoothies , yougurts and cereals. They are just amazing, easy to store and also value for money.

A good source of omega3 which is vry essential in our body..I often use it by sprinkling over my oats khichdi..it adds great flavour to my meal

Very nice chia seeds which is used to prepare various recipes. It is fresh and easily available in market. Very healthy and i love it a lot..

Bagrry’s Chia seeds are one of the best seeds which have many health benefits. My husband and I have started a routine wherein we soak one tablespoon of Bagrry’s Chia seeds in a glass of water every night and then drink it in the morning. This routine has helped us in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Bagrry’s Chia seeds become soft when soaked in water. The texture which is formed once these seeds are soaked in water is crazy. Soft shells are formed on the seeds. We also add these seeds to our smoothies, cereals and yoghurts. Bagrry’s Chia seeds are a must try and should be consumed in summers because they keep your body cool. These seeds are super amazing and are very healthy. We are totally in love with this healthy and budget-friendly product.

I was recommended to add flax or Chia seeds in my daily diet. I tried flax seeds first, saw them in a local grocery store in my city. But they were flavoured, not crunchy at all, and smelt horrible. I had to throw the whole pack away. Then I tried this Chia pack . These were fresh and nutty (as they are supposed to be). And completely flavorless and odorless. I can use them in curd, in chhaachh/lassi, in raita, in salty saatu drink, even in salads. They just add a slight crunchy/nutty taste.

I love Chia seeds for both their texture as well as medicinal value. I used Bagry's chia when I was in India. I loved that the seeds soaked really well and were soft. I used them in my smoothie as well as made a dessert.
