Butter Pasteurised Box 500 grams
This is by far the best butter I came across, very versatile in nature. It id perfect for cooking, for cakes, cookies, breads, pizzas, butter cream and what not. Since it is salted so no need to add extra salt in some recipes. I just have 2 negative sides of this butter.
1st - When this butter is heated and then cooled again, it somehow looses it's texture. It becomes difficult to make butter creams, however can be used for normal cooking.
2nd- The packaging can be improved by sealing the cardboard carton, as I find them always loose and the butter block slipping from inside.
