Poor quality
Poor quality, no basmati rice aroma. Thick grains, not worth. The India Gate basmati rice quality has worsened. I used to buy India Gate, then I switched to Patanjali rice, neutrally speaking Patanjali Sampoorn and Dhanshri are best. I am unable to finish 1 kg rice that I ordered. Zero star.

Basmati rice feast rozzana review
Comparing to india gate's other products like dubar and classic, rozzana is the medium quality rice. price is low, so the basmati rice quality is also low. It won't be double in size as their dubar or classic does after it gets cooked. Aroma is ok. Flavour is also not upto the mark. It is good for kheer, but it is not suitable for biryani according to my experience. But u can use their other products without any doubt.

Usage Tip:
• Only for desserts and not for biryani
• If it is for biryani usage then u must cook separately and not in cooker. It is ok for dum biryani and not for cooker biryani. It is ok for all types of variety rice or sakkaraipongal a south indian dish.
• It ill be worthful for a flavourful kheer or pongal
