Healthy for breakfast/lunch
This quaker oats is in least processed and without added sugar and is best suited for preparing overnight oats with milk/curd and fruits of your choice. It can also be boiled for a quick breakfast or oats porridge or grounded to be used as a flour for cakes and breads.

A nice product
Oats Pack by Quaker is a nice product available in the market for you to purchase. It comes in a nice attractive packaging and has a nice taste too. It is nutritous and low in fat content.

Go for it
Guys like other typical Indians i also used to have those high calorie snacks , but after having Quaker instant oats, it keeps me full for long and taste wise also good and you can make it more tastier by adding almonds,raisins,peanuts and fruits like Apple ,banana .i love it and i promise you will.

Quaker oats is the best option for healthy breakfast .It is least processed and sugar free , friendly for health concious people . I recommend this to everyone

Healthy Oats

Quaker Oats
Oats fill up that morning hunger very well. It's light on the stomach yet keeps one from being hungry till lunchtime. Quaker oats are known to be a superior quality brand and I would definitely recommend the product to anyone.

All time breakfast favorite
This is my all time breakfast option.. You can have it in multiple ways, as a staple cereal. However I also powder the oats, can have it with a glass of hot milk or water too and tastes good even without sugar. also the oats powder can be used to make a pancake snack for a breakfast or even an evening snack.
