Ingredients For Amaranth and dates tart with kesar-elaychi Shrikhand Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, heat ghee. Add chopped dates and milk and cook till it become smooth in texture.
  • 2. Now add amranth puff , cacao powder and mix well. Switch off the gas.
  • 3. Divide the mixture into small portions once it is cool down.
  • 4. Spread it into tart mould. Once it is set, remove it.
  • 5. Fill inside shrikhand using piping bag and top it with almond slices and pomegranate pearls.
