Take milk and sugar in a pan and let it come to boil. Now add custard powder in 1/2 cup milk well. Add this mixture into milk by stirring continuously to avoid lumps

Stir the milk till thickens and then keep aside to cool. Meanwhile whip the cream till soft peaks. Transfer custard milk into whipped cream and mix well and freeze for at least 6 hours in an airtight container. After 6 hours take the container out and beat the ice-cream with beater.

Add American jelly and Choco chips and freeze again for 4-5 hours. Serve chilled whip the cream till soft peaks.
