Methods
  • 1. In a nonstick pan, fry the poppy seeds and separate them, then fry them by adding dry fruit ghee, grind the dates figs and remove them in the pan.
  • 2. Saute dates figs on low heat, grind dry fruits and then mix them with ghee, cardamom powder, milk powder and cook them when they get thick.
  • 3. Now make a roll of the mixture, wrap it in polythene and keep it in the fridge for a while, then cut it with poppy seeds and serve it by garnishing pistachios.
