1.
Firstly wash the apple properly and then grate it with a grater.

In a pan, add ghee and fry the grated apples and keep aside.

Meanwhile soak the saffron in 1 tbsp milk. Then in a pan add milk and stir well, let it come to a boil then add condensed milk and stir well.

Let the volume of milk gets reduced then add the Saffron and chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder, keep stirring.
5.
When the milk start to thicken switch off the flame.
6.
Let the milk gets cool completely then add the grated apples, dont add the apples in hot milk otherwise milk will get curdled. garnish with sliced apples and chopped dryfruits. Keep in refrigerator for few hours and serve chilled.
