Ingredients For Badam halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak almonds in 500 ml boiling water for 30 minutes
  • 2. Peel almonds
  • 3. Blend almonds and 1 cup milk into a thick coarse paste
  • 4. In a hot wok, add ghee
  • 5. Add almond paste
  • 6. Keep stirring on medium to low flame until it turns golden yellow. It can take 20-25 minutes
  • 7. Add 1 cup warm milk and keep stirring until colour changes to golden
  • 8. Add sugar and kesar dissolved in stone hot milk
  • 9. Keep stirring until sugar dissolves
  • 10. Stir till ghee separates
  • 11. Serve hot
