Ingredients For Badam Phirni Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the rice for 15 minutes and grind to a paste using little water.
  • 2. Heat a heavy bottom pan add milk for boiling, add milkmaid and cardamom powder.
  • 3. When it boils, lower the heat and add almonds. Cook for 2 minutes and then slowly add the rice paste.
  • 4. After the mixture get thick remove it from flame , Add the rose water.
  • 5. Refrigerate it at least 30 minutes and garnish it with chopped almonds and serve.
