Ingredients For Bajre ki kheer / Pearl millet pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak bajra for about 6 to 7 hours.
  • 2. Make coarse paste of soaked bajra.
  • 3. Take a heavy bottom pan add milk and wait to boil.
  • 4. When milk is boiled add bajra paste stir well.
  • 5. Cook for about 20 to 25 minute or until comes in kheers consistancy.
  • 6. After 25 minutes switch off the flame and add grated jaggery mix well.Cook for 1 minute .
  • 7. Add cardamom powder & Nutmeg powder.
  • 8. serve in Mitti ka Bowl / pot.
  • 9. Garnish with pistachios and almonds.
  • 10. Serve hot.
