Ingredients For Banana Bread Loaf Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Seive the maida
  • 2. Grind banana into paste
  • 3. Add paste banana, yeast, sugar and salt into maida
  • 4. Break the eggs beat them and add milk again beat to combine together
  • 5. Pour egg mixture in to maida flour
  • 6. Add butter Combine well and make a round dough
  • 7. Rest for 60 minutes
  • 8. After 60 minutes divide the dough into 2 parts
  • 9. Again rest for 15 minutes
  • 10. Take one dough roll into oval shape & roll it tightly & make cut into 10 slices
  • 11. Make another dough also same
  • 12. Again rest for 60 minutes
  • 13. After 60 minutes take oval shaped tray arrange butter paper & keep dough in tray, two oval shaped tray and bake at 180°c for 20 minutes.utes
