Ingredients For Beet Curd Smoothie Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add in curd and sugar . Mix it . Keep it in refrigerator.
  • 2. Wash and peel beet and apple. Remove seeds from the apple.
  • 3. In a mixer jar add beet and apple. Grind it .
  • 4. Add curd , icecubes and milk. Blend it.
  • 5. Transfer it in serving bowls . Garnish with grated beet.
  • 6. Serve chilled.
