Ingredients For Beetroot and pomegranate juice recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel the skin of beetroot. Chop it roughly into small chunks.
  • 2. Cut the pomegranate and separate the seeds from the skin and white membranes.
  • 3. Add both in a blender and blend these together with 1cup of to a smooth puree.
  • 4. Strain it Using a big sieve Into a large bowl. Use the back of the spoon to squeeze out as much Juice as possible.
  • 5. You can repeat this step once again by blending the strained remains with another 1/2 cup of water.
  • 6. Mix in a lemon juice, honey and black salt. Taste it and adjust the sweetness .
  • 7. Serve immediately with or without ice cubes.
