Methods
  • 1. In a pan, boil water, remember water should be extremely hot.
  • 2. Now in mixing bowl add hot water and grated beetroot and ginger. Cover the lid and leave it for 5-7 minutes.
  • 3. Seperate water from beetroot with the help of strainer. Add lemon juice and honey in seperated water and mix it well.
  • 4. Beetroot Tea is ready to drink. Drink this in early morning on empty stomach it will help to improve your immune system and digestion.
