Methods
  • 1. Take 200ml of Nova desi ghee in a wok and add 500gms of besan in it and roast it well till it turns golden brown in color. It will take at least 45 mins to get that color as the roasting should be done in low flame.
  • 2. Meanwhile its roasting take 400gms of sugar and put in blender and turn it into a sugar powder. Take 200gms of walnut and make two parts of it 100gms each.
  • 3. One part 100gms of walnut should be blended in blender to turn it into a powder and other part of 100gms to be chopped into very small pieces. As soon as you find the besan color has turned golden brown turn off the flame.
  • 4. Now add the 100gms of powdered walnut to it and mix it well in the woke itself. Leave it till it cools down. It will take 15-20 mins to cool down.
  • 5. After 15 minutes take the mixture out of the woke in a large steel bowl and add grated walnut in it and mix well. Now add sugar powder slowly in parts and keep on mixing it as well till all sugar powder is mixed well.
  • 6. Start making round balls of it and keep it in a plate aside. As all mixture is made it into small balls leave it it rest for 10mins
  • 7. After 10mins its ready to serve so can be served in a designer serveware.
