Ingredients For BHAPA DOI ( Steam Yogurt)

Methods
  • 1. Add in the yogurt in a big container
  • 2. Add milk and condensed milk
  • 3. Whisk untill it is combine well.
  • 4. You can either use a stainless steel container.
  • 5. Pour the mixture in that steel container .
  • 6. important criteria should be that it fits into your 2L pressure cooker.
  • 7. Now place the steel container inside the pressure cooker .
  • 8. pour down 1 cup of water to the side of the container
  • 9. Close the container with aluminium foil
  • 10. Close it with a lid, and the weight on a medium flame.
  • 11. Steam the curd for 30 minutes
  • 12. After 30 minutes open the lid and cool it completely.
  • 13. After that put it in a refrigerator for 2 hours .
  • 14. After 2 hours its ready serve .
