Ingredients For BODY SOOTHING IMMUNITY BOOSTER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Remove the skin of the Aloevera leaf and extract all the juices from inside and take it in a grinder
  • 2. Remove the skin of the raw turmeric and add these in the grinder
  • 3. Add cumin seeds in the grinder
  • 4. Then remove the skin of the ginger and add it into the grinder
  • 5. Make the paste of turmeric, aloevera ,cumin seeds and ginger and keep it in a bowl
  • 6. Add slight hot water with it and mix well
  • 7. Add honey, pepper powder and lemon juice with it and it is ready to serve.
