In summer season we are feeling so hot so our body needs much water. In so much hot weather our stomach should be in cool condition and we should have much more immunity. So I have prepared this amazing juice,which should be taken in the early morning.

Ingredients For BODY SOOTHING IMMUNITY BOOSTER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Remove the skin of the Aloevera leaf and extract all the juices from inside and take it in a grinder
  • 2. Remove the skin of the raw turmeric and add these in the grinder
  • 3. Add cumin seeds in the grinder
  • 4. Then remove the skin of the ginger and add it into the grinder
  • 5. Make the paste of turmeric, aloevera ,cumin seeds and ginger and keep it in a bowl
  • 6. Add slight hot water with it and mix well
  • 7. Add honey, pepper powder and lemon juice with it and it is ready to serve.
