Methods
  • 1. Take 7-8 raw mangoes and add water in a sauce-pan and boil it for 20 minutes. Then you need to Simmer for 10 minutes. There are other alternatives, You can put it in a pressure cooker until it softens (3-4 whistle).
  • 2. You can directly put it under flame and burn the outside skin for few minutes and peal the skin and take out the pulp. Aam pora.
  • 3. Let it cool down completely and then peel the mangoes and get the pulp with the help of a spoon. Throw away the seeds.
  • 4. Now add the mangoes pulp into a mixie or a juice blender along with mint leaves, Tulsi leaves, ginger, sugar and ½ cup water, blend it and make a paste or puree.
  • 5. Remove the paste or puree into a bowl then add roasted cumin powder, chat masala, black salt, salt and mix the entir thing properly. No lumps should be there.
  • 6. Add the ice cubes and again mix it. Pour it into the glasses. Then garnish it with mint leaves, and serve it.
