Methods
  • 1. Take a kadhai. Add 3 cups of milk to it and let it heat.
  • 2. Once the milk is warm add condensed milk to it and let it come to a boil.
  • 3. Once the milk boils move the cream from surface to the side of kadhai.
  • 4. Now add saffron soaked in Milk. Again let the milk come to a boil and move the cream on the sides.
  • 5. Repeat the process 2-3 times.
  • 6. Now scrap the cream from the sides and mix well. Take it out in a bowl and cool it for 2 hours.
  • 7. Cut the bread in small roundels. Dip them in the rabdi and place them in a bowl.
  • 8. Pour the rabdi on top along with dry fruits and cardomom powder. Serve hot/ cold as per choice.
