First I will break 2 eggs and beat them with salt.

Now pour the beaten egg mixture with a little oil / butter in the pan. I will press the bread on the egg.

I will bake 2 backs well and take them down. Sprinkle pepper powder on top and cut into triangular sep. This time I served it with bread toast, sauce, cucumber paste and coffee, biscuits.
