Ingredients For Butter Crossiant Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a croissant dough and put it on a table.
  • 2. Now take a rolling pin and roll the dough in 2 inches thick sheet.
  • 3. Cut a triangle with knife.
  • 4. Put some butter in bottom of triangle and roll the triangle, so that it forms a shape of croissant.
  • 5. Now put croissant on baking tray. Milk wash them and rest for 20 min, so that they get double in size.
  • 6. Meanwhile pre- heat the oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 minutes.
  • 7. Bake for 20 min at 180C . Take it out from oven and transfer it on a serving plate.
  • 8. Butter croissant is ready to serve.
