Ingredients For Classic Spaghetti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the spaghetti until they are soft but not too soft, pour them in a container and add some oil in order to prevent them from sticking together.
  • 2. Take a pan, pour some oil add chopped garlic, saute for few seconds on medium flame.
  • 3. Add chopped onion and saute till translucent, add chopped carrots and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add chopped capsicum and saute all for a few minutes.
  • 5. Add the boiled spaghetti and mix well. Add salt and crushed pepper and saute.
  • 6. Add oregano and chilli flakes and saute for a minute.
  • 7. Serve on a medium size plate, sprinkle some shredded cheese on top.
