Ingredients For Carrot Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pre-heat the oven at 160 degree for 10 min.
  • 2. Take a bowl add, sugar powder and egg in it and whisk till it gets fluffy.
  • 3. Now add oil in it and whisk again for minutes.
  • 4. Now add flour, carrot and vanilla essens in it and mix it well.
  • 5. Pour the batter in cake mould 2/3th and sprinkle some grated carrot on top.
  • 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then take out from oven and demould.
  • 7. Carrot Cake is ready to serve.
