Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients very well except chicken.
  • 2. Now place the chicken in this mixture in a way so that it gets fully covered by the mixture.
  • 3. Now marinate at least 2 hours or if you have time in hand then throughout the night for a better outcome.
  • 4. Cover a baking pan with aluminum foil and place the chicken in it.
  • 5. Bake the chicken in a pre-heated oven at 390 degree fahrenheit temperature for 20 minutes.
  • 6. Put the left over of the marination in a pan and boil to make a sauce.
  • 7. Bring out the roasted chicken, use the sauce on top of it and served with sautéd vegetables/noodles/rice etc according to your choice.
