Not good!
The quality of this sauce is not all recommended for use. It way too bitter and there are better options available in the market.

Flavourful Product
This Sauce has got an apt salty taste to be balanced with the sweet taste of honey applied in the dish. But one needs to be careful while using it as increased quantity may destroy the taste.

Oysters? Yes please!
Chicken with oyster sauce is da bomb! I have a really low spice tolerance (ie; 0.001%) and I was hesitant to try out an oyster sauced chicken at first.
BUT, once I tried it, I fell in love.
The chicken piece was soft and succulent and I couldn't stop myself!
They make wonderful appetizers as the chicken pieces are usually small.
