  • 1. Marinate the chicken and shrimp in separate containers with salt and lemon juice for twenty minutes
  • 2. Heat oil and fry the chicken and shrimp separately. Fry cauliflower with salt and turmeric powder
  • 3. Boil egg and cut into small cubes
  • 4. Boil the rice and drain the extra water
  • 5. Heat ghee, add rice, pepper powder, shrimp, chicken and cauliflower
  • 6. Fry for five minutes
  • 7. Polau is ready to serve
