This is a super delicious Chicken Salad. Can be enjoyed as a Salad or as a sandwich. Loved by kids & adults. I have used Buttery Croissant here. You may use any bread. Goes very well with different kind of Crackers as well. You May use any salad dressing of your choice.

Ingredients For Cranberry Chicken Salad with Walnuts in a Creamy Peppercorn Ranch Dressing served on a Buttery Croissant Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Trim off fat from the Chicken Breasts & wash with warm water.
  • 2. Steam the Chicken Breasts in a large pot with 2 cups of water for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
  • 3. Keep checking for doneness. Cool completely.
  • 4. Wash and cut the Celery finely. Dice the Green Onions.
  • 5. Cut the cooked Chicken into small cubes. Place in a medium bowl.
  • 6. Add the Celery, Green Onions, Cranberries and Walnuts. Toss to combine.
  • 7. Add the Salad Dressing.
  • 8. Add Salt and Pepper Powder. Stir well.
  • 9. Serve on Croissants.
  • 10. Enjoy!
