Methods
  • 1. Wash, peel and rewash the potatoes. Cut into 4-8 pieces, boil in salted water till done.
  • 2. Mash or grate the potatoes finely, sauté in butter and add seasoning. Remove from fire, stir in egg yolk.
  • 3. Place in piping bag with star nozzle and pipe in spiral of two inches height on a baking sheet.
  • 4. Place in hot oven at 220 º C. for 2-3 minutes to slightly get the golden brown color. Serve hot as an accompaniment.
  • 5. Serving suggestions : along with the salad and veggies you prefer.
