Add salt and little vinegar to the egg and boil it

After boiling, peel it lightly with a toothpick and heat a little oil in a pan, add salt, red chili, turmeric and fry the eggs for 2 minutes.

Now heat 1 cup of water in a pan and add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic and whole spices to a boil and grind when cooled.
4.
Now in a second pan, heat oil and fry the powdered onions, add salt and all the spices when it turns red and fry it after adding the tomatoes, then mix the kasuri methi and garam masala and add the eggs
