Ingredients For Foxtail millet and yellow moong dal dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak foxtail millet and moong dal for 4hours.
  • 2. Chopp ginger and green chilli
  • 3. Grind into fine paste millet,moong dal, salt,cumin seeds,ginger and green chilli.
  • 4. Heat dosa pan and spread batter like dosa, spread little oil on top and cook from both side till it becomes crispy.
  • 5. Serve hot dosa with sambhar and coconut chutney.
