Ingredients For Foxtail Millet Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry Roast fox millet powder in a pan on low flame till it changes color.
  • 2. Remove it from pan and keep it aside.
  • 3. Keep pan on flame and add ghee till it gets warm and not very hot.
  • 4. Add roasted fox millet powder and cook it on low flame stirring continuously.
  • 5. Add milk and cook it on medium flame till milk gets absorbed.
  • 6. Add powdered jiggery and cinnamon powder.
  • 7. Mix well. Add melon seeds and remove it from the flame.
  • 8. Serve hot.
