1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. To this, mix the dry fruits and nuts and coat them well with the dry ingredients.

Now, crack the eggs and keep the whites and yolk in two separate bowls. Beat the egg whites till they are light and reach stiff peaks. Gradually add sugar and continue beating. Next, add the egg yolks, vanilla, butter, lemon juice, buttermilk and beat till everything is well combined.

Add the dry ingredients gradually into the wet ingredients and mix using cut and fold method until well combined.

Grease a baking tray with butter and pour the batter. Tap a few times to get rid of air bubbles. Pre heat a pressure cooker for 10 minutes and carefully place the baking tray in the cooker and bake for 90 minutes (don't forget to remove the gasket and the whistle).

You may top the cake with some dried fruits and nuts. Demold after the cake is cooled completely. Now it's ready to serve.
