Methods
  • 1. Take curd in muslin cloth and hung it in a cool and dry place for 2 hours. So that all the extra water gets removed
  • 2. ake fruits wash then and chop them
  • 3. In a bowl take hung curd whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes
  • 4. Now add icing sugar and 4 to 5 drops of vanilla essence to hung curd and whisk it
  • 5. Now add sliced almonds to this and mix it well
  • 6. Take a serving glass add chopped fruits top it with hung curd mixture
  • 7. Garnish with cherry and fruits
  • 8. Keep it in refrigerator to make it chilled. njoy with your friends and family ..
