Ingredients For Gajar Halwa Parfait Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the red carrots, peel and grate them.
  • 2. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and saute the slivered nuts , remove and set aside. In the same pan, add more 2 tbsp Ghee and add the grated carrots.
  • 3. Add milk and let the carrots cook.
  • 4. Add the sugar, 4 tbsp milkmaid and cook further.
  • 5. Add the remaining ghee and almond powder and saute till the moisture evaporates.
  • 6. Our Halwa is ready. Let it cool.
  • 7. Let's prepare the rabdi.
  • 8. In 1 ltr milk add 6 to 8 tbsp milkmaid and the cream and cook on very slow flame till the milk thickens
  • 9. Adding milkmaid makes the process quicker and it adds richness to0.
  • 10. Keep stirring in between.
  • 11. Once you have a nice desired consistency , switch off the flame. It took me 45mins.
  • 12. Now assemble. Place the Rabdi in a serving glass at the bottom.
  • 13. Transfer the halwa on top and sprinkle some nuts.
  • 14. You can serve this warm or slight cold too.
