Methods
  • 1. Removed date seeds and grind them with almonds
  • 2. Now heat some water in a vessel, grate ginger and boil it and mix ground almonds, dates and jaggery.
  • 3. Cook a little and mix the turmeric and serve it hot, eating 1-1 teaspoon 3 times a day gives a lot of relief in cold cough.
