Ingredients For Gulab jamun Rabdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add milk to a pan and cook it on medium flame. Stir it with a spatula and let it come to a boil.
  • 2. Once the milk starts to bubble, add milk powder and keep stirring until there are no lumps.
  • 3. Add the milk maid and mix well.
  • 4. Stir every 1 minute to avoid the milk from burning. Stick the cream (malai) to the sides of the pan. Keep doing it until the milk reduces to 1 cup.
  • 5. Add cardamom powder, chopped nuts and saffron. Mix well.
  • 6. Once the rabdi is thick and has an off-white color, turn off the flame. Let it cool completely.
  • 7. Slice the gulab jamun into small pieces. Place them at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  • 8. Pour rabdi over it. Add more gulab jamun and finish with rabdi. Top with chopped nuts.
  • 9. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and enjoy the cold creamy Rabdi
