Ingredients For Gulkand mango rolls recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel the mangoes . Cut thin slices of mangoes lengthwise. Slices should be 1/2 inches thick.
  • 2. Heat a pan add gulkand, condensed milk and mix well. Remove from heat and add colourful saunf and some chopped nuts.
  • 3. Take one slice of mango and fill 1 tsp of gulkand mixture in the middle of the mango piece. Fold the mango slice and lock with the help of clove.
  • 4. Make all mango piece like this. Garnish with silver varak. Keep it in fridge and serve chilled gulkand mango rolls.
