Ingredients For Healthy Green Garlic with Millet Roti And Dahi baigan bharta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash green garlic and chopped it all. Do it this a day befire. So in morning breakfast it is qucikly made.
  • 2. Then in morning first roast the 1 big baigan on fire and then n mash it n keep aside n cool it.
  • 3. Then next take out the 500gms millet flour n bind it with adding water n salt n make 3 big thick bajre ko roti and cook it on tawa by soreading water like we make bajre ki roti
  • 4. Then mash it this bajre ki roti with hands like do it chura
  • 5. Then tak big handi and add 250ml nova desi ghee, then add green garlics only cloves then when aroma comes add green part of garlics then cook for 5 mins add that mashed bajre ki rotis and mix well and salt per taste and cook for 5 mins. And its ready
  • 6. Now take out punjabi curd bowl add that mashed bharta brinal n mix well
  • 7. So the dish ready take out this hot hara lahsun bajre ka malida in plate n have it with dahi baigan bharta.
  • 8. It also tastes amazing with tea if anyone doesn't like to have with curd baigan bharta.
