Ingredients For Kesar badam katli/barfi recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak almonds in hot water. And mix saffron in hot milk.
  • 2. Prepare smooth paste by adding almonds, saffron and milk as required in a blender jar.
  • 3. Heat ghee in a pan and add almond paste. And add sugar powder and stir continuously and fry till freezing consistency.
  • 4. When the mixture becomes thick, cool it in a plateAnd grease the butter paper with ghee. Roll it using a rolling pin. Burke the almond slices. And keep it for 10-15 minutes to set. Badam Katli is ready to be frozen.
  • 5. Serve delicious Kesar Badam Katli in a serving plate.
