Firstly, soak the saffron in warm milk and set aside. Grease a tray and place butter paper. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the grated coconut. Saute in low flame for 2 minutes.

Now, add the grated paneer, condensed milk and mix well. Keep cooking till the mixture starts separating from the pan.

At this point of time, divide the mixture into two parts. Spread one part evenly in the greased tray. Meanwhile, add the saffron milk to the other part of the mixture. Mix well. Turn off the heat. Now spread this Saffron mixture over the previous mixture. Press with the help of a spatula.

Let this set for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, cut them into square pieces. Garnish with saffron strands. Enjoy with your family and friends.
