Ingredients For Mango Chia Custard Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take custard powder in a bowl and add little milk and make it into a pouring like consistency. Take milk in a sauce pan, add sugar and bring it to a boil. Now reduce flame and add in custard mix and keep cooking till it thickens. Remove from heat and cool them.
  • 2. Take chia seeds in a bowl, add milk and mix well. Leave them to soak for 30 minutes. Add honey and mix well.
  • 3. Now in a glass assemble mangoes at the base, then custard, chia seeds and then top up it again with custard. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill. Garnish it with sliced mango, pomegranate and chia seeds.
  • 4. Serve chilled.
