Whip chilled cream,do it for about 4 to 5 minutes, then put it in the fridge for 25 min and beat again for about 2 min. Cream come to thick consistency.

Extract the mango juice or pulp.

In a jar, put condensed milk and mango pulp and run till become smooth.

Now we will beat for half a minutes by putting 4 drop of food colour in 1 cup of milk made.

Now it's mix well. Pour in a bowl and cover the foil paper. It harden in five to six hours to freeze, I left it for for overnight......
