Ingredients For MANGO JAPANESE FLUFFY PANCAKES RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Gather all the ingredients. Take a non-stick frying pan (large enough to cook 3 pancakes at the same time) with a lid.
  • 2. Separate egg whites and egg yolks into two different bowls. Put the bowl with egg whites in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  • 3. In the meantime, add milk, vanilla and mango flavouring to the egg yolks and whisk until thick and frothy.
  • 4. Pour some cake flour and baking powder into the bowl.
  • 5. Whisk to combine thoroughly (but do not over-mix). Set aside.
  • 6. After 15 minutes, take out the bowl with egg whites from the freezer. The egg whites should be half frozen. Now start beating egg whites.
  • 7. When the egg whites turn frothy and pale white, gradually add in sugar. Continue to whip the egg whites.
  • 8. Heat some oil in a pan on low flame.
  • 9. Take some of egg whites and add to the egg yolk mixture. Whisk together.
  • 10. Put 3 scoops of the mixture on the pan and add some water to it.
  • 11. Close the lid of the pan and wait until the bottom is cooked and then flip and again add some water and do the same.
  • 12. Garnish it with nicely chopped mangoes and chocolate syrup and serve.
